Shipping Policy

At Tiny Tusky, we're committed to ensuring the timely delivery of your orders. We have established affiliations with reputable shipping partners that enable us to dispatch packages around the clock. Before proceeding with your order placement, it's important to familiarize yourself with key details about our shipping policy.

Shipping Charges UAE:

  • Deliveries within the UAE are subject to a fee of AED 15 and above, contingent on the delivery location. Remote areas might incur a delivery fee of up to 30 AED.
  • Orders totalling AED 359 and above qualify for free delivery.

Cash On Delivery (COD) - Currently Unavailable 

Turnaround Time of Deliveries:

  • UAE: Expect your order within 1-2 business days from dispatch.
  • Other GCC regions: Anticipate delivery within 3 - 6 business days from dispatch.
  • Other Countries: Allow 5 - 7 business days from dispatch for international deliveries.

International Incorrect Delivery Address Surcharge:

  • Shipments with incomplete or inaccurate delivery addresses are subject to an Address Correction charge of AED 50/-.

Order Processing:

  • Each product has its own processing time. When all items are ready for shipment, your entire order will be dispatched collectively. Estimated delivery dates can be found on both the cart and checkout shipping pages. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may cause delivery delays.


  • We take special care in packaging every order to ensure the products retain their quality and reach you in optimal condition. Your order will be securely sealed and discreetly packaged.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping is available, with applicable rates displayed on the checkout page. Due to potential delays in customs processing, delivery times for international shipments may be extended. All international orders are shipped with a "signature not required on delivery" label.

International Customs Duties:

  • Some destination countries impose duties on shipments. Unless specified during checkout, customers are responsible for all customs charges, local taxes, and any processing fees by the delivery company for customs clearance.

Tampered, Damaged, or Opened Packages:

  • If you receive a shipment that appears tampered, damaged, or opened, kindly reject it. Capture a photo of the package and promptly contact our customer service team at
