Cancellation & Return Policy

At Tiny Tusky, our utmost aim is your satisfaction every time you engage with us. There may be occasions when a change of heart occurs. If the need arises for you to initiate a return, kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

Eligible Return Items:

• All products, excluding the exceptions listed below.
• Customized pre-order products.
• Adult sizes of products.
• Items with additional sleeves, dupatta, or personalization.
• Hair accessories, underwear, vests, rakhis, pillows, bedding, blankets, bunting, play mats, towels, photo props, diapers, bows & ties, bangles, and doll dresses.
• Sale items.
• Replaced/exchanged products.
• Orders made using store credit.
• Personalized products.
• Cake smash dresses.

All returnable items must retain their original packaging, labels, and tags, and must be unused and in a saleable condition. Returns must be initiated within 10 days from the delivery date.

Note on Colors: While we make every effort to accurately display product colors on the site, actual colors may vary due to individual color settings and monitor variations.

Procedure for Returns: For UAE orders:

• A restocking fee of AED 15 will apply, for remote locations, it will be 30 AED
• Email us at support@tinytusky.com within 10 days of receiving the product, mentioning the order number and the item for return.
• For non-reverse pickup areas, return products to: 1211, Dawoud Building, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, UAE.

For International orders:

• Email us at support@tinytusky.com within 10 days from delivery with your order number and the eligible product(s) for return.
• Ship products back within 30 days from delivery to: 1211, Dawoud Building, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, UAE.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping and non-refundable customs charges.

Refund Policy:

• Upon receiving the return, products undergo quality checks.
• After successful quality verification, refunds are issued to the original payment mode.
• A restocking fee of AED 15 per item applies to unaccepted or returned UAE orders, for remote locations it will be 30 AED.
• Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
• Cash on Delivery option is currently unavailable.
• Shipping charges and customs duty/taxes are non-refundable.

Defective Product Receipt: Notify us within 48 hours if you receive a faulty or defective product, attaching clear images of the defect or issue along with your order number.

Mismatched Customization: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt if a product doesn't match your customization request, including your order number and images with a tape measure for clarity.

Useful Information:

• Product measurements may vary by 1-2 inches.
• Customized products can deviate up to 3 inches from body measurements for girls and up to 5 inches for boys.
• No exchange policy; return and reorder required.

Order Cancellation:

• Pre-ordered or customized products are cancellable within 12 hours.
• Other products are cancellable until shipment.
• To cancel, email support@tinytusky.com with order number and product(s).

Additional Policies:

• Gift card balance is non-encashable.
• Product durability after use varies.
• Actual product color may differ slightly due to professional photography.
• Missing product from shipment must be reported within 24 hours.
• Cancellation by the company due to various factors will be notified; refunds processed within 7-10 business days.
